Growing Our Canadian Division

Following our historic rollout into Canada in August 2024, we have expanded quickly and now have inventories scheduled well into 2026. Customer feedback has been outstanding – as one recent Parts Manager put it, "I never want to count my own inventory again. Where has this been my whole career?"

To support our rapid expansion, we recently added Danielle Wright as an Inventory Manager for the Canadian Division. Danielle brings a wealth of parts experience along with hands-on expertise in CDK and PBS - the two prominent Dealer Management Systems we encounter most frequently across Canada. Our turn-key third-party solution is unprecedented in Canada, and we look forward to continued significant expansion this year.

 

Canadian Division Launch

August 2024 marked a historic milestone as we launched our Canadian Division, executing several inventories over a four-day period with tremendous success. The DSI leadership team worked alongside the local WIS Operations team, utilizing our Wisdom CDK interface, to deliver an outsourced customer solution that redefined what dealers knew was possible. We're excited and hopeful to get an opportunity to service the rest of their Group in 2025.

We'd also like to introduce Jennifer Medford from the DSI Canada team, who coincidentally joined us on the very same day as this landmark customer rollout. Jen serves as our Commercial and Inventory Manager, responsible for identifying and developing new customer opportunities with auto dealerships to grow our parts inventory service business across Canada. Her deep industry relationships will be invaluable in building awareness and momentum coast to coast. Welcome to the team, Jen!

Northernmost Inventory in DSI History

In April 2023, we completed the northernmost inventory in DSI history — a large-scale job in Fairbanks, AK. Originally planned as a three-day engagement, our team wrapped it up in just two days. The customer shared that they "will be utilizing DSI services in the future" — high praise and a testament to the team's efficiency and professionalism. Following the inventory, Marty, Becca, and Brian took in the sights around Fairbanks, including a visit to the town of North Pole — and even scored a personalized video message to Becca's grandson from Santa himself. A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience for these managers!
